BaitBatch Terms of Service

By using BaitBatch, you agree to these Terms and to the BaitBatch Privacy Policy.

BaitBatch is a software service designed to help soft-plastic bait makers create, organize, store, search, scale, import, print, and manage bait-making recipes and related information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide reasonably accurate information and must not misuse another person's account.

You retain ownership of the recipes, photos, notes, and other content you enter into BaitBatch. You give BaitBatch the limited permission necessary to host, store, process, display, back up, and otherwise handle that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the service.

You may not:

• Use BaitBatch for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload malicious code
• Abuse or attempt to circumvent security or subscription systems
• Use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others

BaitBatch currently offers a 14-day free trial, a $4.99 monthly subscription, and a $39.99 annual subscription. A payment method may be collected when you begin the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription may begin when the trial expires. Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through BaitBatch's subscription-management functionality, which is powered by the Stripe customer portal.

BaitBatch may change pricing or subscription offerings in the future. Material pricing changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated as appropriate before taking effect.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to your applicable subscription or billing status. Access may continue through the applicable paid or trial period, as shown in your account and the Stripe customer portal.

BaitBatch aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

BaitBatch is an organizational and recipe-management tool. You remain responsible for your own bait-making processes, ingredient selection, equipment, safety procedures, product results, and compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

BaitBatch does not guarantee that a particular recipe, formula, scaling result, manufacturing process, or finished bait will produce any particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, BaitBatch is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

BaitBatch may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, nonpayment, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using BaitBatch at any time and may use the existing account-deletion process to delete your account.

These Terms may be updated, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
